Acts Chapter 2 is pivotal in understanding the purpose, the mission of the church.
It can also be confusing and filled with doctrinal tensions that separates churches and various theological camps.
We could skip Acts Chapter 2 and ignore the controversy altogether of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and the speaking in tongues divergent views.
Instead, let's dig in and discern what Acts Chapter 2 is teaching us through three distinct pictures of the Holy Spirit, which ultimately points us to the overarching purpose of the Day of Pentecost all found in the same chapter in Acts Chapter 2.
